The RP – Film extruder Desktop Blown Film Device is a compact and versatilelaboratory machine designed to support the research and development ofpolymer materials and their modifications. Built for higher educationinstitutions, vocational schools, and industrial laboratories, the RP – Filmextruder provides a reliable platform for testing the feasibility of blown filmprocesses and evaluating the performance of plastic colorants and additives.With advanced extrusion technology, the device processes raw materials suchas PE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP, delivering consistent film samples under controlledtemperature and shear conditions. The plastic melt is extruded through aprecision die, expanded by compressed air, and evenly cooled by an air ringbefore being drawn into a uniform double-folded film using variable frequencytraction.
