The RP270 Desktop Blown Film Device is a compact and versatile laboratorymachine designed to support the research and development of polymermaterials and their modifications. Built for higher education institutions,vocational schools, and industrial laboratories, the RP270 provides a reliableplatform for testing the feasibility of blown film processes and evaluating theperformance of plastic colorants and additives.With advanced extrusion technology, the device processes raw materials suchas PE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP, delivering consistent film samples under controlledtemperature and shear conditions. The plastic melt is extruded through aprecision die, expanded by compressed air, and evenly cooled by an air ringbefore being drawn into a uniform double-folded film using variable frequencytraction.
